Position: Sales Head – Plastic Division
Requirements:
- Qualification: Any Graduate with an MBA in Marketing.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the Plastic industry, with at least 5 years serving as the Head of a reputed Plastic manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and surpass targets.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, conduct market trend analysis, and propose innovative sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Provide valuable market intelligence and competitor analysis to support informed business decisions.
