Territory Sales Manager, A Very reputed FMCG Company (Various locations in Africa)

Required Territory Sales Manager (On Fixed Salary + Commission basis)

A Very reputed FMCG manufacturing company wants to appoint Territory Sales Managers for Local Nationals in below areas in Africa : Rwanda / DRC (EASTERN) / SOUTH SUDAN / TANZANIA (LAKES REGION) / BURUNDI

Candidates must be local from Rwanda, DRC, South Sudan, Tanzania may please message me in person

Job Responsibilities:
• Engage existing customers of adequate inventory and ensure timely reordering
• Identify gaps in the basket with existing Tier 2 & 3 customers of distributors/importers and secure introducing & trying of new products/SKU’s
• Give support to Importers/Distributors teams to take on opportunities & expand their clientele.
• Liaise with company with information, intelligence, and guidance to formulate Win-Win strategies and ensure prompt response to the customers.
• Identify New Strategic Partners/Customers which can complement current buyer base.

Job Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, PR or related field
• 3-5 years of sales experience with a track record of success
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills transferable to telephone calls and emails
• Proven leadership abilities and capacity to form client relationships
• Ability to Negotiate
• Methodical approach to Queries and have keen listening skills.

Graduate in Business, Marketing or related field
Familiar with computer programs, such as Excel, Power Point, Email

• Must be of the same Nationality as the Territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, PR or related field
• Five years of experience as a manager
• Strong communication skills
• Multi Lingual Skills – English, and Local Language (Swahili, French)
